Who is Kym Kirk?
As early as I can remember I’ve been in love with learning, and consider myself to be a life long learner. I draw on my experience and passion for human potential and business to teach others how to build, manage and grow themselves and their businesses.

My driving passion is to make people and organisations more successful.

Seasoned and experienced as a facilitator, trainer, and personal business coach, I have spent over twenty nine years developing businesses, not for profit organisations, associations and training adult learners.

I have the unique ability to bring the worlds of personal growth, personal development and business together in ways that lead to real growth and bottom line profit.

Based in Brisbane Australia, my seminars, workshops, and private coaching methods provide practical techniques to develop attitude, skill and knowledge required for presentations to small groups, facilitation and training.

In addition, I design and deliver a number of coaching and training programs on personal achievement and goal setting centered on values and integrity, strategic and operational planning for the individual and business, negotiation techniques, successful meetings, client interaction, personal marketing strategies, effective presentations and grant writing.

I have experienced both personal and professional success and equally, disappointment and failure in life. From this I have grown spiritually and learned that mistakes are opportunities that can lead to personal and professional success. I feel that life’s greatest lessons are learned by overcoming the challenges presented to you in life.

My passion is human potential. I am a student of life and believe that everything in life is connected. I have always been curious about people and the world we live in and enjoy watching people grow and develop their knowledge and skills through my seminars, workshops and coaching sessions.

Utilising the diverse range of knowledge and skills I have acquired, I aspire to excellence and making a difference in every thing I do.

I am both positive and optimistic. I see the 21st century as a time of change and incredible opportunity. The secret to life is simply ‘know yourself’ and to grow spiritually from the inside out. In other words it is the person you become which is important.
